Cindy Allen Testifies at U.S. Senate Finance Hearing

Cindy Allen testified before the U.S. Senate Finance on February 16, 2023. The hearing titled “Ending Trade that Cheats American Workers By Modernizing Trade Laws and Enforcement, Fighting Forced Labor, Eliminating Counterfeits, and Leveling the Playing Field” focused on items that should be included in the 21 Century Customs Framework (21CCF) a proposed update to the current Customs Modernization Act passed in 1993.
